Activities

Golf

Rumor has it that they play golf at Pinehurst.  Why anybody would want to do that still is a mystery, but the "aim" and "drive" of the "club" is to smooth out the "rough" spots.  (OK, sorry... we couldn't help it!)  We have two "official" outings for AESC members.  Here's a link to the
Pinehurst golf webpages.
The first is on Wednesday morning on
Course No. 2.  This means our normal meeting schedule is flipped to an afternoon session.  Course No. 2 has recently been restored and should be a challenge, even for Bob Gold!
The second outing is at our usual time on Saturday morning on Course No. 4.  Because of the Pinehurst golf reservation requirements, we need to have firm commitments from golfers as soon as possible.

We are looking into the possibility of other activities at Pinehurst.  Once details are worked out, we'll provide that information to you.
