The 64th Annual Meeting of the American Eye Study Club will take place at the Salishan Coastal Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.  Dates are Tuesday, August 2 through Sunday, August 7, 2022.

  • To make a reservation by phone: 541-764-3600 between the times of 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (Pacific time)
    Be sure to state that you are part of the American Eye Study Club group
  • The deadline for making reservations is July 1, 2022.

Meeting Registration

Registration for the meeting is now open!

Emeritus members who are attending only part of the meeting receive a 25% discount (see important details below)  

You may register online or use the paper (PDF) form (coming soon).  Online registration gives you the option of paying immediately with a credit card or paying later by check.

Conference Registration Fees -- includes all group meals and receptions.  We are pleased to be able to have reduced this year's registration fees for members/adult guests by $50 from last year.

  • AESC Member -- $785
  • Adult guests (spouses, significant others, guests, family members over 18 years of age) -- $685 each
  • Teenagers (age 13 - 17) -- $375 each
  • Younger kids (age 5 - 12) - $120 each
  • Toddlers/infants (<5 years) -- Free

Emeritus Member Discount -- We are pleased to once again offer a special 25% discount to Emeritus members attend only the first half or the second half of the meeting.  

  • Tuesday through Thursday night banquet, departing Friday morning
  • Arriving Thursday in time for the banquet, departing Sunday

Submit and Review Abstracts

All Club members are encouraged to participate in the annual meeting by giving a talk, or by submitting an idea for a mini-symposium or panel discussion.
