61st Annual Meeting - 2018

We have arranged a number of group activities planned for you and your family during the AESC's 61st Annual Meeting at the Montage Resort in Deer Valley, Utah.  Additional registration for these events is necessary since there are extra costs associated with them.  In addition, we have listed a number of options that you can enjoy on your own or with friends from the Club.  For these "do it yourself" activities, we have provided basic information and vendor contacts.

Utah is world-famous for the blue ribbon fly fishing offered up along the Provo, Green and Weber rivers.  Plan to spend about 4-5 for fly fishing in the Wasatch Mountains.  There are several outfitters in the Park City area... one is Park City Anglers.  Phone:  435-658-3474.  Compass Sports at the Montage also may have some recommendations.  Call guest relations at: (435) 604-1700

Hiking at Deer Valley

Take in grand views of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains as you enjoy a leisurely chairlift ride up Silver Lake Express from the base, Sterling Express at mid-mountain or Ruby Express at Empire Canyon. At the top, stretch your legs and explore one of the many hiking trails that wander through Deer Valley. Or simply enjoy the fresh, alpine air at the top before re-boarding the chairlift for your ride back down. Those hiking up the mountain can enjoy a complimentary chairlift ride down.  DETAILS HERE
