AESC 2022 CME Items

Thank you for attending the 64th Annual meeting of the AESC!  Continuing medical education is an important part of our conference, and to comply with the rules, there are a few items for which we ask your assistance . . .

Conference Evaluation

An important aspect of the CME process is for the audience to evaluate the conference as a whole, as well as each speaker.  This year we once again will be using online evaluations which allows you to do the speaker evaluations in "real time" (or at least at the end of each session.  Click on the links below to access evaluation forms for each day's speakers, as well as an overall evaluation that you should complete at the end of the conference.  We strongly encourage all members to complete the evaluation as it is extremely useful for future planning, as well as representing a critical aspect of our accreditation.

Claim Form

IMPORTANT -- Your meeting packet includes a form with which to claim your CME credits.  Please make sure to fill it out and return to Rich or Kathy Paul at the Club registration area before you leave the meeting.  The form lists the total number of credits available...but of course, each participant should claim only the credits you actually earned by attending the scientific sessions.

If you lose your CME claim form, please check at the meeting registration area for a copy.  We are unable to issue CME credits without a claim form.  We ask that you turn in the form before you leave the meeting.  But in any event, we cannot accept a claim after August 9 which is when we will be issuing credit certificates and closing out the process.

Thank you for your assistance in complying with these important functions.
