A quick note about public health issues

We want to be sure everyone feels safe at the meeting. After all, we're still in the middle of a pandemic. Hopefully, science trumped politics and you are all fully vaccinated. Because some of our children aren’t yet eligible to be vaccinated and some members/families may be at additional risk, we urge caution.  It is perfectly acceptable to wear a mask at the meeting and anywhere around the hotel, indoors or outdoors.  (Please note the updated CDC guidelines for vaccinated individuals.) If you are comfortable out of a mask, shaking hands, fist bumping, hugging, etc., go for it, but be aware that not everyone will be comfortable with exposed faces or with contact at this point. Vaccinated or not, it’s perfectly acceptable to wear a mask.

  1. (Posted pre-meeting)  Welcome to the Omni Homestead Resort!  The Club registration area is located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.  Early registration will be available on Sunday from about 4:30 until 5:45 p.m.  Also, we will have name badges at the Welcome Reception (Mt. Vernon/Stratford Lawn), but no meeting packets.  So, if you don't hit "early registration" on Sunday afternoon, you can pick up your meeting materials on Monday morning.

  2. We'll be using drink tickets at Club receptions/events where bar service is provided.  Tickets will be handed out upon your arrival at each event.  If you are really thirsty, you can charge additional beverages to your room after your tickets have been completely used.
