8/1/2013 - 4:00 p.m. -- Anybody with a window can see it is raining cats and dogs right now.  Tonight's banquet is moved inside to Imperial Ballroom C.  Not much ambiance, but it will be dry!  See you tonight at 6:30 p.m.

7/31/2013 - 10:00 a.m. -- The weather is cooperating and the meeting is underway!  Speakers, please be sure to give Rich Paul or the A/V technician your PowerPoint well in advace of your scheduled lecture time.  Dolphin Cay event is this afternoon.  Lunch buffet starts at 12:30 p.m.  The first activity is at about 2:10 p.m.  Check with Kathy Paul for specifics.  Have a great day!  Breakfast tomorrow is in Grand Ballroom A in the Conference Center.

7/28/2013 - 10:00 a.m. -- Dorian no longer is a tropical storm and currently is categories as a "tropical rainstorm."  It's track is more toward Cuba now.  Accuweather projects that its rain will affect only the southernmost Bahamas islands on Monday night and Tuesday.

7/26/2013 @ 8:30 am -- We are watching Tropical Storm Dorian very closely.  Currently, it is far out in the Atlantic.  The National Weather Service says the storm is becoming slightly less organized and is expected to weaken some in the next day or so.  It appears the projected track is veering more to the west toward Cuba.  We have been in touch with the Atlantis staff about weather contingencies.  If Dorian affects Nassau, we believe it will be the middle or later in the week.  We'll provide updates as needed.
