The AESC has arranged for a block of rooms at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel for the dates of our conference. Pricing is at a substantial discount from regular rates. However, it is suggested that if you have special requests, such as adjoining rooms, you may want to call the toll-free group reservations number, to assure that appropriate accommodations are available. Note -- At this point in time, because of very strong attendance anticipated this year, we recommend that you call the toll-free number below to book your hotel rooms. The hotel is adding rooms to our housing block, but it is possible the online system might not be totally updated. To assure getting the group rates, it's probably best to speak to a hotel group reservation agent. Registration includes all meals and social events, including breakfast every day (except Thursday), the Welcome Reception/Dinner, the Banquet and the Baptismo/Emeritus Reception/Dinner. Members' registration fees also includes CME credit. We have planned some recreational activities that may involve an additional fee. Program Information
The success of the AESC and its meetings are a direct result of the participation of the members. Our sessions are very interactive; discussion, challenges to thinking and questions are strongly encouraged. Be thinking about lectures, interesting cases, or mini-symposiums you would like to present!
